Haryana Govt to Offer 8.20 Lakh Free Tablets to Students of Class 8 to 12 for Digital Education

Hello friends this article is basically for Haryana people as Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal presided over a meeting of the School Education Department and reviewed the preparedness for the distribution of tablets. As many as 8.20 lakh tablets preloaded with learning material and textbooks would be provided to the students who is studied in Class 8 to 12 in Government schools of Haryana.

A new decision has been taken by Haryana government or the students of govt school to distribute 8.20 lakh electronic tablets to students of state-run schools studying in class eight to 12 before the start of the next academic session, For making study easy these tablets would be preloaded with study material and textbooks in advance so as to enhance the learning of students and help them to study online,

About the Free Tablet scheme haryana

On Monday, Chief Minister Manohar Lal has started the process to distribute free tablets to all the students from classes 8th to 12th studying in Government schools of the state before the start of the next academic session. presided over a meeting of the School Education Department here to review the preparedness for the distribution of tablets. and it is also decided that all the Tabs would be issued to the students on the pattern of library books and students would return back the same after the 10th and 12th exams.

Some inbuilt Feature of the Tablet

As these tablets are providing for the purpose on online study so these tablets would have QR coded NCERT content, Edusat videos, DIKSHA online content, YouTube videos prepared by teachers, question banks and preparation material for competitive exams like NEET, JEE, NDA and others, the official said.  All the content would be preloaded on an encrypted data card so that the students can study, give mock exams and solve previous year papers to prepare for the exams.

During the gathering, it was educated that the tablet detail has been settled from the viewpoint that these are being dispersed to upgrade learning and to help understudies study on the web and mixed. So as to guarantee legitimate utilization of these tablets, Mobile Device Management (MDM) would be transferred on the tablets.

The MDM would guarantee following every understudy’s gadget use, actual confirmation for understudies not signing in and check against exchanging of tablets. The tablets would just be utilized by the understudies for their examinations and they would not have the option to visit any undesirable sites and download some other material onto the tablet, the representative added.
